This Sr. Asset Liability Analyst position is a very robust role and in this position you will be tasked with assessing interest rate risk, liquidity risk positions, and providing recommendations that will help drive funding and asset & liability management decisions Corporate Wide.   Additionally, you will lead liquidity forecasting and contingency funding planning and help streamline processes to stay ahead of the ‘regulatory’ curve.  This is a strategic role as you will not only be working with the Balance Sheet Management team on investment and funding strategies, but you will also work with the Pricing team on the risk associated with new loan products.  If that were not enough, you will be tapped on the shoulder to provide balance sheet modeling and interest rate risk expertise to Enterprise Risk Management for their stress testing submittals.  Enterprise Risk, Pricing, and Balance Sheet Management interface?  As you can see this is a critical role with broad based exposure and will help one put their career on a whole new trajectory.   As the organization grows, future opportunities exist for you to broaden out your skill set and scale up in title and in compensation.


We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years expertise in banking within Treasury…specifically a combination of Asset & Liability Management (ALM) and Funding & Liquidity experience.  You must have ALM Modeling experience on QRM, Bancware, or Sendero along with your Bachelors in Finance, Statistics, Math, or Econ.  If you are pursuing your CFA or advanced certification of some sort, that is a huge plus.  Lastly, due to the potential of upward mobility in the role, having supervisory experience is highly desired.
